Getting Started
What is the Elixir Loyalty programme?
Elixir Loyalty is our rewards programme that lets you earn points on every order, unlock tier discounts, and refer friends — all as a thank you for being part of the Elixir community.
How do I join?
Simply log in to your account. Existing customers are automatically enrolled in the HEAL tier. New customers can create an account to start earning from their very first order.
Loyalty Tiers
What are the loyalty tiers?
There are three tiers, each with an increasing discount on every order:

How do I move up a tier?
Earn points by placing orders. Once you reach 500 points you'll move to NOURISH, and at 2,000 points you'll reach INSPIRE. Your tier discount is applied automatically.
Earning Points
How do I earn points?
You earn points on every order you place through elixirhealth.co.uk. Points are added to your account once your order is confirmed.
How many points do I earn per order?
Your points are calculated based on your order value. 1 point for every £1 spent. You can see your current points balance by logging in to your account and visiting the Rewards page.
Do points expire?
Please check your Rewards page in your account for the latest information on point expiry. Points expire after 1 year.
Redeeming Points
How do I redeem my points?
- Log in to your account at elixirhealth.co.uk/account
- Go to your Rewards page
- Select the number of points you'd like to redeem
- A unique discount code will be generated for you
- Copy the code and apply it at checkout
How much are my points worth?
Every 100 points = £1 to spend on your next order. For example, 500 points = £5 off.
Can I use my points discount alongside my tier discount?
Please check your Rewards page for the latest information on combining discounts at checkout.
Referral Scheme
How does the referral scheme work?
When you refer a friend to Elixir, you both benefit:
- You earn £5 in loyalty credit when your friend signs up using your referral link
- Your friend gets 10% off their first order of £50 or more
There's no limit to how many friends you can refer — the more you share, the more you earn.
How do I get my referral link?
- Log in to your account
- Visit your Rewards page
- Find your unique referral link and share it with friends via email, social media, or message
When do I receive my £5 referral credit?
Your £5 credit is added to your account once your referred friend has successfully signed up using your referral link.
